Are you an experienced Account Manager/Senior AM looking for a new challenge? RedEye has an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join our experienced team in Milton Keynes.

As an Account Director you will work closely with the Head of Client Success and look after a strong portfolio of clients through maintaining and developing relationships.

RedEye provides the tools digital marketers need to increase revenue. Our unique solution is called Contour, and it’s driven by a database that combines all customer data, online and offline to deliver multi-channel campaigns.

You will:

• Develop and maintain a close and productive relationship with key client contacts (being their day-to-day contact) to develop a thorough understanding of our client’s businesses.
• Work with assigned clients to help drive their multi-channel campaigns whilst ensuring that they are accountable and measurable.
• Take ownership of any client issues, ensuring they are resolved and escalated appropriately.
• Lead and coordinate projects/work with Project Manager(s) to manage client delivery.
• Lead and support client presentations on campaign success and find opportunities for improvements.
• Negotiate and secure contract renewals, produce proposals and generate incremental sales whilst working to defined targets.
• Support the prioritisation of technical issues to be resolved and the allocation of resource within the AM team(s).
• Mentor/line manage others ensuring high performance and engagement throughout
• Be Responsible for accurate revenue forecasting across clients and teams

You will need to have:

• Experience of executing digital campaigns successfully and strategically.
• Demonstrable relationship management skills including persuasion and effective issue resolution
• Good client presentation skills including how to structure a meeting to achieve a specific objective
• A proficient in the development of client proposals and costing documents
• Ability to ‘sell’ through a consultative approach
• People management experience or a strong desire to develop as a people manager
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret results and tell a story via a client’s data
• Significant experience in professional client relationship management with an ability to plan and be strategic and able to influence senior client relationships.
