As a Customer Success Manager at RedEye, you will have a deep understanding of our clients’ commercial challenges and customer behaviours and present a consultative and tailored solution. You will also be constantly evolving our approach to optimisation and assisting with our product offering to ensure our clients get the most value out of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Developing, reviewing and implementing Client Account Plans for the designated client base to deliver the desired outcomes.
• Relationship building through regular customer interaction, spending 50% of time with clients.
• Demonstrating an ability to become an integral part of each client organisation through delivering on-going value.
• Supporting new business in pitch meetings.
• Being the primary commercial point of contact for the designated client base.
• Collaborating with both the Sales and Partner teams to help deliver the desired outcomes and revenue figures.
• Strong commercial awareness of each client and effective management of client renewal strategies and customer risk. Reporting this information to Senior Stakeholders.
• Understanding of Business and Financial concepts and their implications on the desired outcomes.
• Dealing with negotiations, contract and SLA management.
• Tracking your activity and performance in Salesforce.
• Feeding back learnings from the market to support Product and Process Development and ensuring RedEye retains a competitive advantage.
• Using the full range of tools and information at your disposal to support client retention and growth.
• Ensuring RedEye’s procedures on data and security are adhered to.
• Have a willingness to learn about other areas of the business outside your specialism e.g. product development, commercial, merchandising

• Have proven experience in managing complex and varied tasks
• Possess a proven track record of client management
• Be seasoned consultative seller – whether internally or externally
• Have a proven track record in retaining and growing a defined account base
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Be an effective listener who is able to empathize
• Adaptable in your approach when dealing with different audiences
• Have a positive approach to set backs and challenges.
• Have an ability to find creative solutions to complex problems
