RedEye are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Sales Team in London as a Sales Development Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and create new, qualified sales opportunities by proactively cold calling, emailing, networking and following up warm leads passed over by the marketing team.

• Nurture leads into sales opportunities by maintaining active communication with contacts via phone and email.

• Managing your pipeline through good use of Salesforce CRM.

• Set qualified appointments for the senior members of the sales team to take the opportunity to a successful close.

• Attend and represent RedEye at industry and RedEye specific events.

• Achieve a monthly target of qualified appointments.

• Act as the first point of contact with prospects conducting business in a professional and proactive manner.

• Contribute and provide updates during weekly sales meetings


Person:

• Driven to forge a career in sales – loyalty, drive and attitude are key!

• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal. The ability to engage with prospects in our target markets and create compelling conversations.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.

• Confident and resilient. The nature of this role means you will need to be able to confidently address objections and take on board feedback.

• A team player who can create strong relationships across the wider business.
