RedEye is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our high performing sales team in London Blackfriars.

• Identify and create new and qualified sales opportunities by proactively cold calling, emailing, networking and following up with warm leads passed over by the marketing team.

• Convert leads to sales opportunities by maintaining active communication via phone and email.

• Qualify prospects by profiling the account to overcome objections and then set appointments for the senior members of the sales team to take the process to a successful close.

• Attend and represent RedEye at industry and RedEye specific events.

• Achieve monthly target of qualified appointments.

• Act as the first point of contact with new clients conducting business in a professional and proactive manner.

• Follow-up with old leads and help with re-engaging old opportunities in our database.

• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through good use of Salesforce.

• Manage all marketing leads into our Database (Salesforce) in timely manner.

• Gather intelligence on prospects (strategy, current service provider, renewal date, key decision makers etc.) and record this data in Salesforce.

• Respond to all viable inbound leads as well as proactively seek out additional prospects to secure qualified meetings for the senior sales team.

• Contribute and provide updates during weekly sales meetings.


• Driven to succeed in a sales role– drive and attitude are key!
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal and have the ability to engage with prospects in our target markets and create compelling conversations.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Confident and resilient. The nature of this role means you will need to be able to confidently address objections and face setbacks.
• Team Player who can work with Business Development Managers and the wider Sales team.
