Responsibilities:

• Working closely and collaboratively with our customers to devise effective and innovative multichannel solutions.

• Work with client teams to introduce new and interesting ideas and data to their campaign planning.

• Bringing data to life through visualisation and other engaging formats, telling the story with data in a simple and engaging way – for both an internal and external audiences.

• Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for new business.

• Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a strategic consultant and product expert.

• Develop custom product demos and strategic presentations to meet brand requirements and their overall business objectives.

• Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.

• Working closely with product development to ensure the product offering is meeting our requirements and has a competitive edge in a fast-paced and competitive market.

• Review and analyse market trends to support the strategic direction of RedEye.

Ideally have;

• A data or multi-channel background with B2C experience.

• A passion and interest for the development of marketing innovation in the data space.

• The ability to create and develop new, innovative ideas to drive commercial and client value.

• The ability to work collaboratively across teams and business areas, to deliver change and suitable digital / channel solutions and building strong, effective working relationships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders.

• The ability to evaluate economic, market and customer trends affecting the business and its clients & potential clients.

• Natural problem-solving skills, comfortable self-teaching and learning new skills.

• Strong relationship building skills, and a flexible, can-do attitude are a must.

• Experience of working with clients directly, or have client-side experience as well as influencing and pitching to senior stakeholders.

• Understanding the big picture, be able shape digital strategy and plans, and have a keen ability to execute with hands-on management of the detail - translating the strategies into actionable campaigns.
